The prices indicated apply to groups of up to 40 persons. The price for larger groups is increased by €1.50 per additional person. Groups of fifty or more are divided into two separate tours, each with its own austriaguide. Prices do not include travel to the tour starting point, entrance fees and other miscellaneous charges to be paid by the individual visitors.
For tours not originating in Steyr, travel to the tour starting point is charged at € 0.42 per kilometre driven.
All prices do not include VAT. Small businesses in Austria are subject to VAT Law, Section 6,
Para. 1, Line 27 (as of January 2010, applicable until revoked or new prices are published).

Payment conditions:
Prompt payment in cash immediately following services rendered upon presentation of invoice. When agreed in advance, payment by bank transfer is permitted and is made immediately following presentation of invoice without deduction and at no cost (bank fees) to the recipient.

Conditions of cancellation:
Cancellation fees amounting to a percentage of the agreed tour price apply as follows:
30 days or more prior to tour date: 10%
Between 29 and 15 days prior to tour date: 20%
Between 14 and 3 days prior to tour date: 50%
less than 3 days prior to tour date: 100%

The day of cancellation and the agreed tour date are both included in the calculation of days. Cancellations are exclusively subject to written form.
